He is a very responsible team member, reporting with time any delay and providing both problem and solution at any given time. Is constantly learning best practices and talking to his peer on how to improve his coding and testing skills, is not one of these people that limits his knowledge to a single technology which is good. During Demos his performance was also excellent, providing proper updates, short and concise slideshows with user friendly description of the features, never digging too deep into explaining the code to people that do not have or do not need to have the knowledge.
